Cancellation Policy

  • No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided

  • Failure to request cancellation by email may result in continued billing

We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription plans at any time with reasonable notice.


4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the platform, including:

  • Courses

  • Videos

  • Community content

  • Branding materials

  • Marketing assets

By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of your content.


5. AI Features

CourseLMS.ai may include AI-powered tools and automation features.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information

  • AI tools are provided for assistance purposes only

  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use

We do not guarantee specific business, educational, or financial outcomes from using AI features.


6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, technology, designs, and proprietary materials provided by CourseLMS.ai remain our exclusive property unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.


7. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party tools and providers, including payment processors, analytics providers, and communication services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Your violation of these Terms

11. Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform and Services may be revoked immediately.
